Please don't let this blog die :/ It's so incredibly relateable (spelling fail, sorry) and it makes things better knowing I'm not alone. Thank you..
Working hard to not let this blog die. I have no plans of letting it go as of right now. I’m thinking about asking other people to help out if anyone is interested.
And you aren’t alone at all. <3

I do not suffer from panic attacks but my beautiful girlfriend does. She thinks that she is helpless and weak when she has them, but she isn't. No one who has panic attacks are weak and helpless. If anything, those who have attacks are the most real people in the world. They are aware of what is going on in their lives when other, like myself, hide from the things that bother them. I am not saying that have panic attacks are good but I want to tell everyone that they are okay.
I appreciate this message =]
Panic attacks often revolve around that helpless weak feeling. I actually get to a point where I feel at my weakest towards the end or after a panic attack because I feel that it is taking over my life.
Your girlfriend is very lucky to have such an amazing support system.

Sometimes, my panic attacks cause me to be violent against people. When I'm afraid of being left, I get angry and violent and I can't control it. Nothing helps...
This is common with panic attacks. Are the people you don’t want to leave specific?
As I said, it’s common with many types of panic disorders, but it may be leaning towards separation anxiety.
